Can you point me in the direction for a complaints handler ASAP apparently a manager cannot come on the phone when I call and been cut off numerous times

But to just have 6 ladies loos in 1 corner of the away area in such a new, large stadium is shocking! 😬

I transferred my SIM card, same size so no problem but my mobile data has gone from a fast 4G to a very slow H+ while in the house. I have tried reinstalling, restarting etc to no avail!
