It was a new phone out of the box-your staff member swapped the SIM card, so it’s not that they couldn’t touch the phone, they couldn’t be bothered to provide any sort of customer service. Nothing is set up on the phone!And she doesn’t know HOW to set it up!

I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! 🙄

My phone says I have a strong 4G connection even 5G but everything that uses internet takes a very long time to load and quite often doesn’t. I pay for unlimited data but it feels pretty limited to me
