This has been the very first problem I've had and judging from the downdetector web page, there have been numerous problems with Tesco mobiles today. My hubbie (who has a different phone but is also Tesco mobile) is also experiencing problems.

Misheard Lyrics (@Mishear54805255) reported@tescomobile I filled out the main Tescos Customer Services form on the website. I phoned Tesco Mobile from the email I was sent and went down to Tesco Monkspath on 3 dates - this has been ongoing since at least 17th October 2021 saying I owe over£600 for a phone that I had returned.

Nats (@BeLivTech) reported@tescomobile Thanks for the reply. Manual network selections says "couldnt find networks". Its probably been nearly a year since I made a call or sent a text but I did receive a call about 10 days ago on the number so it was fine then. Should I DM you the number?
