    @Tesco It was a voucher that should have been sorted in February. What annoys me is I never even wanted it, I was all for the Huwaei smart watch that was on offer online but couldn't get because I signed up in store @tescomobile 😪

    How humiliating standing at the counter trying to spend a voucher that hasn't been activated. I felt very stupid and angry, there was a big queue looking at me as if I was a criminal and was trying to scam 😩 @tescomobile @Tesco @tesconews

    Disgusted with the service from @tescomobile I think it's time that I took my business elsewhere. Numerous calls and texts and still not recieved my £25 gift voucher. Absolute joke of a service. Months of waiting!!!

    @reddeath614 @tescomobile You're paying for a third party broker of o2, lose alot of the frills like boosters, 4g calling, WiFi calling etc.. o2 channel is quite poor for passing through buildings. Inside try forcing the connection type to 2G if your signal shows strong.

    @tescomobile No you haven’t, I have requested 3 SIM cards via customer service. NONE arrived, the only thing you did do was cut my line off for over a week whilst I waited for these phantom sims to arrive. You suck **** as a service, and I’m still paying for a service that doesn’t exist!

    @reddeath614 @tescomobile You'll likely find the mast to mast reliability is poor (usually occurs when they lose a mast) or the multi tenancy for that mast is over subscribed e.g., heavy built up areas. Could also be house if alot of metal mesh was used in construction, O2 Freq channel is poor (2/2)

    @tescomobile @Tesco He’s already contacted Tesco mobile via live chat 3 times & Samsung via phone twice, he’s had enough & so have I. Honestly never known anything like it with a new phone, we’ve both had mobiles since they first appeared on the market so not like we’re novices. It’s going back.

    @tescomobile If you go into their announcement forums they say they actively support 98% of the UK and are close on 99% but again working on is very different to having. They utilise the small print of terminology, they'll never achieve 99% because can't get the rights/technology limitations
