    @tescomobile See after a while tescos response to a problem is to IGNORE it and hope it goes away. How difficult is it to DM me a message with a email address which I can use to register a complaint and NOT your web email

    @tescomobile Does anyone else have customer service issues with Tesco Mobile? I’ve been trying to sort an issue out since 29 October but keep being told to wait 24 hrs. Their 4455 service is so unreliable with so many false promises. I hope that little bit helps you all.

    @tescomobile Fantastic customer service so all the other reps I have spoken to have basically been lying saying it would be resolved within 24 hrs.thanks for response but I would like an email address to sent a complaint to not the web chat version as have had zero response from that so far

    @tescomobile in November ordered a pay monthly contract for my daughters Christmas present paid £180.00 up front for the device and the first monthly payment. Direct debit setup. Christmas Day can’t get anywhere with the sim contact customer services contracts cancelled??!!

    @tescomobile wonderful company really look after customers. 2 weeks of problems still not resolved cost me god nows how much so far and get offered 1000 Tesco points £10 . Oh and that’s off my bill so still intend billing me for phone I can’t use . Excellent customer care

    This is "typical" of the service from #TescoMobile unfortunately... most of the time it verges on terrible. As I said I'm still waiting for these password resets? The original answering was quick, but the audio said the waiting time was extensive. So even this was incorrect.
