I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

If my contract had already ended/renewed I accept I would be out of time but it is due to change in a weeks time. If I wait another week does the offer come back again?What a terrible way to treat customers.
