    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @tescomobile bought 4 x SIM only deals. Youโ€™ve provided 8 numbers and charged me for 8. Hours waiting on your live chat which is unattended. Went to Tesco mobile shop, guy says only the live chat can fix the problem. Dreadful. Already regretting this decision.

    @Djq1971 @tescomobile I'm with them 10plus years at 15e a month and the customer service has always been excellent 4 phones in the family with them

    After 3 yrs with @tescomobile I left due to my BT package inc mobile with landline. Last yr returned to @tescomobile and canโ€™t believe that coverage and signal strength is now less than it was 3 yrs ago. Surely it should be the same or better?

    @tescomobile After logging a complaint with you back in April after the terrible service I received after my sister passed away - I have had no acknowledgment or final response in over 8 weeks despite chasing. Please respond so I can go to the communications ombudsman.

    @tescomobile can you explain what went wrong my with my order especially after approving the contract and sending a mail stating estimated date of delivery only to refund me. This is heart wrecking and I deserve an immediate explanation. #customerservice #customer

    @Hepworthclare @EE I tried to get a new phone at @tescomobile yesterday- they no longer do data transfer for you. Will be taking my contract somewhere that does! Fed up of paying more, for less support.

    @SBarrettBar @tescomobile I've got a solicitor, didn't send any emails for 2yrs - in the end I went to the notary where I had paid money to they got hold of him. But still I'm waiting for stuff. Trying to raise a complaint at Spanish BAR Council
