@tescomobile I have been a customer with Tesco Mob since July . I can tell you not a chance would I re new or recommend. Shocking customer service . Happily take the DD each month and when help is needed , they are clueless.

My wife's connected on O2 no problem, so feel like I should be ok with my @tescomobile too... I've tried taking out and replacing the SIM, searched for the network, still nothing?

@tescomobile No problem, customer care manager has looked into the state of my account, he agrees its ridiculous and that the call back never happens, and even the complaints team don't respond so he's terminated my account for me

@tescomobile why do you use DPD who are the most useless delivery service? I've been paying for a new phone for a week now and still don't have it!! I've taken 2 days off work, noone came. Made arrangements for someone to be in or asked for it to be delivered to my neighbour 1/2

@SCherrie84 @tescomobile I lost all TM coverage from 15th Oct. TM sited problems with my local mast (ongoing) but I had no service anywhere (where masts weren't faulty). I've had to leave TM and have only been offered compensation of much less than I've been charged for their (non working) service.
