    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @tescomobile Hi, I need help with billing for this month’s payment as I couldn’t pay out on time and only just have enough funds in my bank account today. The tesco mobile app says the bill is paid but in my bank it bounced/did not come out yet.

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @fgrscomhub @tescomobile @wlhowarth If you’re considering Tesco Mobile… think twice. I’ve had no network on my pay-monthly phone for 4 weeks with zero resolution. Support’s been frustrating and I’m still no further forward. 😤

    @EE @ee I have already called them once and now I have to call them again @tescomobile customer service far superior which is why I have moved my other contracts over to them
