    @tescomobile I can't make any calls or receive any calls on my mobile. Im a contract user. Another phone was used to check and it beeped the first time then number not recognised the second time.. Are you having issues with signals or connections??

    @tescomobile I did a network reset and still no joy. A member of your team told me to raise a formal complaint and this will be responded to within 24-48 hours. AGAIN, this has still not been fulfilled. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I want this resolving ASAP!

    @tescomobile absolutely fuming reported fraud happening yesterday, possible sim swap. No action taken and lost number today. Customer service denying conversation yesterday and said will just have to wait for fraud to phone back. Presumably on number no longer have.

    @tescomobile Just a heads up they’ve confirmed they will indeed let you pay for a service and then disconnect it with no refund. Complaint incoming @CommsOmbudsman
