I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

Yet when I tried to port it to @tescomobile, they repeatedly claimed my number was “inactive,” ignored my accessibility needs, and refused to escalate my complaint despite me asking multiple times.

Sam Horne (@SHN51989) reported@picklemonsterG @tescomobile Worst customer service I’ve ever received, I was due a call back after 24hrs, then 48hours, then within 3 days, then 5 days, then within 10 days.. still nothing. Excuse after excuse.. sky mobile much cheaper
