    I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

    @tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

    @tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

    @tescomobile terrible customer service called and got unlimited upgrade, chased up 7 days later,told no you cant get it. Useless customer advice. Been a customer for 10+ years. Will move all family to virgin at end of contract

    @tescomobile sending me out an expired SIM card on my upgrade. Paying for a SIM card and a phone I cannot use. Cannot log into my remote access for work or anything. Only took 4 agents- x1 in store, x1 on the phone and x2 on the online chat to identify that I wasn’t the issue..👍🏻

    Terrible customer services from @tescomobile manager refused to speak to me. My 79 year old mother sold a smart phone that she cannot even switch on-tied to a 3 year contract costing £568!!! @tescomobile I expected better than this from a big company

    How generous of #tescomobile to give free unlimited data allowance on Xmas day to their customers. When 99% of country was at home using their home Wi-Fi. How stupid do they think we are. And how cheap are they.

    @tescomobile hi bought my sis a contract phone on my account for family perks. She’s got her own Tesco account so she will cancel hers. She hopes to keep her number. What’s the best way to sort this?
