I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

Your operator told me to log onto the app, which my mum does not have, and she then hung up on me. WTH??

I was told 7 days to unlock a phone from you, (which we have fully paid for) 7 days pass, and now you cannot help as you haven’t received an email, shocking from a company of this size

Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too
