Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

alan lewis wildlife stuff (@LewisStuff) reported@silveryk @tescomobile 100% - total garbage coverage - planning restrictions on mast heights is the main issue - not an issue anywhere else. Better reception across Kenya a few weeks ago than rural Hampshire.

Carl Malkin 💙 (@CarlMalkin6) reported@tescomobile I don't have issues with your app, you do. It worked until the software update on the payment side of the app. I suggest you ask them to roll back the update to make the app work again. IT people cause these problems do they continue to get paid.

This is essential for businesses, and something I've literally never come across not being available on any phone plan. Shocking.
