@tescomobile internet coverage is horrendous, I’ve lost all connection again. This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

@tescomobile why the hell I left @EE FOR Tesco is beyond me. My god they are a joke of a company. Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I feel sorry for anyone on the #O2/#TescoMobile network at the moment. I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

@tescomobile I went into store. They said my sim is not working and have given me one to replace the one in my phone. Annoying as it has let me down a few times and had to make a special journey to get this sorted. fingers crossed it fixes the problems

@tescomobile A catalogue of errors on your behalf which has left me (currently) being switched to a PAYG contract.... I could document all the errors here but don't think you'd appreciate the negative publicity. And, to mention, none of this is my fault and have complied 100% with your terms.

@tescomobile shocking service, trying to port mobile number since 24th August, should take 24 hours, its been 14 days. Both numbers now inactive no number for work or banking. Keep getting fobbed off, getting cross pathetic customer service, being lied to constantly.

@tescomobile I always check the status and it says everything is fine. I had serious problems a little while back and spoke to several people. It took weeks for someone to say there was work being done. I think the checker isn’t showing a true account of the situation.
