Will be reverting back and using my cooling off period ASAP to get away form Tesco. Shocking service, shocking coverage and poor customer focus.

I left O2 two years ago as a mast near me wasn’t working properly/4G was sooo slow, and they took forever to fix it. So they lost a customer! I’m with #EE now and never had any problems. 😃

This is constant and happening at least once a day - there are no issues in my area, just consistently bad internet! It’s not ok when I rely so heavily on it for work!

Supposed transfer number (you changed without telling me) back to my account 9th , now been charge £10 an job still not done , still on pay as you go how hard is it, still waiting

Lindsay Brunt (@Lindsay_Brunt) reported@tescomobile Well it’s 10 minutes until they close and no call so it’s not going to happen! I’ve raised it again to @Ofcom again now! Whole 8 weeks has been frustrating and service is awful. Can’t wait to leave the network!

roberta paterson (@berta_pxx) reported@tescomobile we did a sim swap yesterday for my son and the number still hasn't ported over onto the new sim card. It's not a network transfer we are currently with tesco just needed to swap sim to see if that helps with his poor signal.
