I changed my mind on a phone that I bought in store in November and they did everything in store, so why am I being charged? Customer service didn't help at all over the phone! ๐

After at least 5 attempts of chasing I was told complaint has now been opened after a month of trying. Then told I would get help within 5 working days โฆ 6 working days later nothing .

You have switched off number which I have had for over 7 years and today, I was told to cancel contract with Tesco as โwe donโt know how to fix itโ so best way is to cancel it!

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.
