How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. Only had to pay the 19.99 1st payment apparently they can't take payments from Monzo I asked if it could be taken off or added to my first bill but she said no!!! Attitude was horrible too

Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. O2 business was who I was with before, but they sucked for various reasons.

I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.
