During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

  • Natnotanumber Natasha (@Natnotanumber) reported from Birmingham, England

@tescomobile fully had me in the neck. How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. True, every little helps....their bank balance not mine. 🍻

  • S_Whitchurch Sharon Whitchurch 🇺🇦 (@S_Whitchurch) reported from Burntwood, England

@tescomobile are there any problems that we need to know about? My husbands phone is not accepting calls at all. We've restarted and done the update!

  • mccoy1875 John McCoy (@mccoy1875) reported from Birmingham, England

@tescomobile Hi got a sim to put in a tracker as my mom is a wanderer & gets lost. All ok but I can’t set account online as sms sent to number & no way to read on tracker. Is there a solution?

  • stowtom2010 Tom (@stowtom2010) reported from Solihull, England

@tescomobile Was a customer of yours for years but had to leave because your overseas data offering was shocking/non-existent. @ThreeUK are excellent able to use phone as if at home in most worldwide countries. You need to up your game in this regard Tesco.

  • Elite91X Liam (@Elite91X) reported

@tescomobile Mad back in the day £20 for flagship phone on contract now wee are willing to pay £50 £60 or pay over £1000 to buy it out right. If wee all stoped buying they would be forced to bring down the prices

  • wilkesneil Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the wee Donkey (@wilkesneil) reported

@tescomobile @Mr_Goomba You may use the O2 network but I've just had to move to EE to get any sort of coverage at home.

  • ckd0210 CKD (@ckd0210) reported

@tescomobile rude staff and now my father is paying for your staff error!! Disgusting customer service.

  • danfresca Dan 🌍 🇬🇧 🇺🇦 (@danfresca) reported

@tescomobile Stop chopping rainforests down whilst also pretending to be trying to give people a good deal!

  • TipplingPort Tippling Philosopher Milborne Port (@TipplingPort) reported

@tescomobile At least you get coverage with them. Had your network (which is basically O2) for 3 years and connectivity was so bad!

  • Brian_Moule1 Brian Moule (@Brian_Moule1) reported

@tescomobile I'm still a customer, but only at the beginning of a 36 month contract... so I hope so 🤞

  • CaroleTipping carole tipping (@CaroleTipping) reported

@tescomobile Think it’s very safe to say Tesco’s is taking the Pistachio by over pricing their food and mobile phones. I would never shop in Tesco’s and I would never have a mobile phone from them. You are robbers 🤬

  • GRAHAMS03633821 Tommy (@GRAHAMS03633821) reported

    @tescomobile **** off. Aldis better.

  • RuleBrexitannia Rule Brexitannia (@RuleBrexitannia) reported

@tescomobile My sister used to work for you. Absolutely abhorrent. You shafted us badly in the 2000's with arrogant directors on private jets. Fudging accounts. Your stores are massive and awful. I avoid you ripping me off like the plague. Thank god B&M and Home Bargains etc sprouted up.

  • Jarwanator Momo (@Jarwanator) reported

@tescomobile That's not fair Tesco since those "big networks" are the ones who spend billions on the mobile infrastructure so they take on most of the cost. Virtual networks on the other hand don't incur that cost as they piggy back on the big four. Come back when you have your own network.
