Doesn't help that it refers to the company blogs, and how to guides, which gives the impression you can do these things, when in fact with a lot, you can't. The shop was useless, customer service was barely understandable Indian/English. I give up. Whatever remedial action is taken it will cost me a lot more. @tescomobile

Ian (@iancharris) reported@HarrietSergeant @O2 I wonder if it is something to do with their systems? I am with @tescomobile and they piggyback on the O2 network and it is much more difficult than it used to be to top up.
