During a complaint with @tescomobile, they handed over all my personal information included security questions and answers to the Ombudsman. This breach of #GDPR will cost them dearly. I've just finalized a county court filing to recover the damages.

@tescomobile hi, is there a problem with your telephone customer service? Twice I’ve called to speak to someone (I can’t get the response I need through chat), and after about 6 minutes the hold music is interrupted by a beep, then I can hear background noise but no one speaks.

Come on @tescomobile when is our service in Alston/Nenthead in Cumbria going to be sorted out? No service at all since last Sunday night. No information is forthcoming. It’s really not good enough in such an isolated area.
