How is automated service able to allow me to increase my safety buffer, but cannot allow me to buy an already overpriced data package with that increase. British law says transferring mobile numbers should be easy, and done straight away. It took two months for Tesco to release my son’s number. No phone for a teenage, life was hell at the time.
