    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile hi hope you can help we have ordered an phone from your scheme we need to speak someone but having no joy…. It’s 14 days since we had confirmation that it would arrive in 7 days 🐾🐾

    Important message. DO NOT buy a phone through a @TescoMobile contract. Despite what they claim, it is impossible to switch carriers at a later date. I have been without service since 4 Sep, with no end in sight. This has been the worst customer service I've ever received. Pls RT.
