Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

All are on the same transmitters for coverage as Tesco mobile. I'm with giffgaff as a personal customer and have been very happy with them. I'm on an 18 month contract to stay with them but can change which of their packages I have at the end of each month though you can tell them what you want to change to anytime, billed monthly ยฃ25 unlimited data. I find asking AI helps you understand the terms and conditions you're bothered about before ordering a lot more helpful than dealing with the companies' websites and call centres.

Each email contains contract documents-I've Never been a Tesco Mobile customer!

Nobody have a clue why my mobile number is still not active. Today I found out, all Tesco mobile customer service offices are in South Africa! We pay UK prices and all customer care services are moved to South Africa!!! Why British offices are not operating? Paying UK prices and getting services from Africaโฆ Thatโs absolute madness!
