    Disappointment Went to up grade phone (16/4/) My account been debit twice( not small amounts). Informed due to a new computer process there was problems, but refunded in 7 working days. NO REFUND , called in store and will have to wait till mobile bill comes out @tescomobile

    @tescomobile do you actually have staff working for you? I've now been on hold for 30 minutes due to you "experiencing higher wait times" what ever that means. If you can't answer a call in 30 minutes you shouldn't be offering a service in the first place. Below poor.

    @tescomobile That is exactly my point though - the Direct Debit hasn't been changed at all since I've been a customer, there were plenty of funds in my account and yet it wasn't taken this month, so how do I know it will be taken next month?!

    @tescomobile I’m a business customer with Tesco mobile have been having an issue with my phone since July still not resolved, Customer service is diabolical and trying to get through to talk to someone is almost impossible, Was with 02 for 25 years prior to this and biggest mistake moving
