    @tescomobile Please help. I bought a new phone from you in July and it’s saying it doesn’t recognise that the battery is a genuine @Apple one. It keeps restarting and has done this since I got it. So frustrating. #nothappy

    @tescomobile Yes contract should have been emailed, but somehow my email address was deleted from system after confirmation.. re-confirming to customer service, when declined to cancel SIM contract as 25GB data ran out within 2 days.. still not received. I didn't want to PORT, you asked! DM U

    @tescomobile @ThreeUK incompetent or dishonest. I was told to ask for the Concern Team. I did. I held for 37 minutes without anyone picking up before the call cut off. As a communications company you’re pretty terrible at communicating!

    @tescomobile No you are not sorry, you keep lying to me you will sort it. It’s been over 2 Month & you keep sending these letters. You told me in October your investigation will take 5 days. You never came back with the outcome. I spoke to u again last week you told me the same thing again.

    @tescomobile Almost all mobile phones, require a network to operate via, but No other network dedicates a guide on 'PORTING' either! Nor do they contract you to 3 years ROLLING airtime! You refused to print my contract, failed to email it, rejected my request to cancel within 14 days! Mmmm

    @tescomobile I didn't say I was in Cape Town ! I want to connect 2 x devices to Hotspot on a Tesco Phone with Rocketpack. Your support is dire ! Only one device can connect at a time, won't allow 2 at same time

    @tescomobile I've used 3 different browsers on 2 different devices and the Chat function doesn't work. Just spent several minutes going around in circles on the "help" line to be told to press a number to immediately connect to the chat function only for it to still not work.
