I had added, through your app, a Β£3.00 500mb bundle. Still no data, I rang CS told me it hadn't worked gave me Β£3 plus the Β£5 buffer back.

I used the top up number that would let me go through to do so. When with customer service I could move the phone to messages, they froze my phone, who are these people.
