Noticed he’s been getting billed for another number that ended December 2019 and all your team do is quote T&Cs at him basically passing the book. Mark (@ArtilleryMan728) reportedWhy is it I reside 12 miles North from the centre of Cardiff and have 2 sim cards in my phone on different networks but only receive a 5G and 4G signal? I travel thousands of miles to the tiny Greek island of Skiathos and receive 5G and 5G. Can someone explain why that is. I am guessing there are still insufficient 5G masts outside of Cardiff. @EE @tescomobile

Sometimes authentication fails which needs tech support if the web portal doesn't allow PAC requests.

And she was asked 3 times how she got the sim which you sent with the phone!! This is awful customer service

After days of hassle, someone rang from head office "just put any date in as we don't have yours on file"! Never as simple as they claim.
