You simply won't achieve it. Yull find all your efforts to be hopeless. Tesco mobile simply hasn't got a clue how to run ......

  @tescomobile So by transfering from another network I lose any credit I have with them? If I chose to transfer to Tesco on PAYG is there ANY monthly payment involved?

  @tescomobile Got my final bill this morning, it states that the refund is due on the 4th of January. This is longer than the 3-5 working days stated by yourselves. I know Christmas is in between but that still doesn't work out.
