    @tescomobile Thanks. I went out drove around the corner and sat in my car to speak to someone. Who's told me the additional support team will ring me within 48 hours. Issue is I've been told this for 3 weeks now and am still waiting! I literally just want the service I'm paying for that's all

    @_MelanieMartin @tescomobile Naaaa that's bull ****. Trying to pull a fast one. Of you are in the right and never sig Ed out or paid for it which again you would pay up front. Then just ignore. Till they send u a court summons and then they will be ******. Maybe call ombudsman

    @tescomobile topping up with your company is useless every time I try to top up all I get is an error has occurred and I have been trying to for 3 days now.i have just a large grocery order and have moved to vodaphone I will never trust tesco again

    @tescomobile Sorry was busy unpacking! Yes never had a problem before was in Spain in October. It can’t find any service. My husband on the same account is fine and his phone found the Wiendtre network.

    @tescomobile No. It’s my husbands phone that has the issue. He can’t tweet as his phone is completely rubbish and runs out of battery after 2 hours or freezes. He runs a small business and has lost out on work because of his phone not working and Tesco’s says they can’t help.
