    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB I can't set up device again. Option is just "OK" nothing else. Cant screen shot cause your app restricts it. Phoned 0345 975 8758 I only get 10 mins to approve payment which is why I need the app. So this is useless service. App worked yesterday.

    @TSB hi. Is there anyway to turn off the approve payment thing. I’m sick of doing this and sometimes my battery is dead on my phone to actually sign in to approve. I DONT WANT it on my account

    @TSB the service you provide to your vulnerable customers is a disgrace. I have contacted you to arrange a payment plan for an unplanned, un arranged overdraft and have been advised I will be paying 66% interest on my monthly payment so £10 would go to the balance £20 interest??

    @TSB What a load of nonsense. Why doesn't TSB get the customer service act together 1st! I can't even make payments from my account as they are overzealous and keep blocking them!

    @TSB Error - We Weren't able to do that. You will need to set up your device again. Been on hold yet your terrible automated voice recognition line for 38 mins, just useless. In fact whilst on hold I was just hung up on.
