    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    What a horrible customer service @TSB The first bank I opened an account with over 15 years ago. Im going to gradually phase them out. Customer service is very important to me.

    @TSB I've had a text to say my switch is complete. But my account with not showing any of balance from my old account. I call customer service, to be put through to a department which is closed. Great start

    Hi @TSB I submitted a complaint form and called you over a week ago (last Thursday, 23 Feb) as you’d removed access to my online banking and stopped text updates (neither of which I’d requested) but this still hasn’t been resolved. Any chance of an update please?
