Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

@TSB do you plan on opening your Cumbernauld branch any day this year? I’ve been waiting about a week to deposit money, since your cash points “service is unavailable” also. Beyond ridiculous.

@ProMediaRes1 @TSB That's terrible. When I opened my TSB account I was given the phone number of the local branch. It's great. I'm disappointed that they are not being more helpful. Come on @TSB get this sorted.

@TSB Hi, yesterday someone attempted to take £921 from my Nationwide account. Nationwide advised me it was a payment set up through TSB. I've been on a call with you for 83 minutes so far. I've been transfered 4 times but no one seems able to help. What do you suggest?
