    Truly awful experience at a @Barclays bank branch (Enfield). Looking for an alternative tbh. All big machines, took four attempts to enter for one cheque payment and one EFT. Took almost 30 mins. Hopeless. Dreadful. Looking to switch to @TSB or maybe @MetroBank_Help now.

    @TSB can you tell me why I am yet again unable to access internet banking. Im getting the message " unable to proceed with your request, please try later". My internet is working fine and am able to access other sites

    @TSB I cannot use my card at many Tesco pay at pump sites, it won’t allow it sort payment! Can you help as I have to use them when they tend to have no one at the kiosk.

    @TSB Absolute disgrace from @TSB and looking like I will be returning to @AskNationwide within days. Been suffering for days and still periodically suffering with no service. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @Watsley @TSB Scrap contactless altogether then, if it's so flawed that you have to block it every 5 times. It doesn't save any time in the long run, anyway. May as well stick with chip and pin and be done with it.

    @TSB No I won't DM you privately, people need to know how poor your service is. I am getting the same error message on this outtage as the one I got the last time & the time before that AND the time before that. "We are having trouble authenticating you device blah blah blah.

    @TSB is there a problem with mobile banking log in?, used my existing details, not accepted, does not match records,changed my password and memorable information, tried again , same outcome , does not match our records.
