Vexed #KPSS (@AbsolutelyVexed) reported@CFC94_ @TSB I'm looking at moving to Starling Bank when they get back up. I don't have family. When they do this I don't have access to any money at all. I'm surprised the regulators don't sanction them or shut them down.
