@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Not sure who to contact in regards to it, hence asking here! In bank can't help with replacement. Debit card. Yes, have access to mobile app. Money in account, no restrictions. As I said, I literally put the card in the reader, did not enter any pin and it came up with "last try"

When you spend 2.5 hrs of your dam life life to get through to pay car insurance and the bank @TSB block your payment incase its fraud sent me a text after 3 attempts by the insurers then that system blocked even tho I set up Autorenew for my car ins 3rd Yr NOW NO INSURAN

After being a victim of fraud, ruining my Christmas and New Year, and being forced to wait for almost 2 weeks for a replacement card from @TSB , I'm basically told "We did nothing wrong, we don't care." Go **** yourselves.
