    @TSB the ‘Payments to Approve’ has stopped working and causing a real headache. I’ve tried switching the phone on and off. Is their an issue ?

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    this in turn will allow @TSB to then provide information to a credit reference agency lowing your credit score which allows you as the customer credit to service a debt you may have at a better rate and being conned in to being locked into a full term with TSB 4/

    It's one thing to log in to the TSB app and get a 'We weren't able do that' message when trying to transfer money or make some other request. But this morning I get that notification when simply attempting log in. I've been trying for over an hour ... 🙁 @TSB

    Got a message from the old pub we lived at saying I had some post. So I have gone down to collect it. Must be important it’s from @TSB nope just a letter saying they have updated their records to my new address. Why ******* send it to my old address then

    @TSB Hi Lesley, I've tried both. I can get into the site and into my account but when I click change details, it brings up that message. I changed my address and my email address at the same time which made things difficult. All I want to do is update my address. Cheers
