@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. Once I have paid off the balance on my @TSB credit card, I will be sending it back never to use it again. I have a DD for £100 pm set up but wish to pay off the balance. Been trying the website for several days now "an error has occurred ". Meanwhile interest accrues 😖

@domster @TSB Since their meltdown a few years ago, TSB have taken it upon themselves to fix things that aren't broken. I've been with them for over 20 years and stuck with them through their problems but this is where I'll be getting off if I can't log in by the end of the week.
