@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB app doesn’t make me approve payments. I click on “approve payment” and do thing happens! It’s been days! Also this thing of approving payments all the time is very impractical! I called the bank and they told me that there is an issue…when are you going to resolve???

Well what's funny tho, my fiance went to @TSB and got really nice customer service, with help to transition to student account and overdraft for #CostOfLivingCrisis in like 10 minutes. After my seven years in Scotland with @BankofScotland I feel like it's #timeforchange

@TSB Well I've never been to a bank who point blank refuse to allow you to pay in cash or cheques at the counter, so was just wondering exactly why you have a counter service. I'm at a loss as to why else I'd visit a bank other than to deal with money? 🤔

@TSB You can forget it, a bunch of clowns. Between closing loads of branches, shoddy service, how impossible you make it to speak to an actually competent human I’m at my limit as a customer of over 8 years. I’ll use someone else’s card from a competent company for the transaction.

@TSB Just been to open an under 19’s account at TSB in Whitchurch, Salop at 11:30am! We’ve just left! An hour and a half later!!! Wtf?!?! A 10 minute job! Not happy!! What a joke! 😡
