    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being Iโ€™ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they havenโ€™t taken the money out. I know youโ€™ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB the โ€˜Payments to Approveโ€™ has stopped working and causing a real headache. Iโ€™ve tried switching the phone on and off. Is their an issue ?

    @TSB This is completely unacceptable. People are struggling especially in this climate where people are having to make ends meet. I believe we are all entitled to some compensation considering there was a similar blunder last year which locked people out of their accounts. Fix up

    @TSB Can anyone provide an update on refund time as the eye-watering amount taken twice now due to the TSB error is more than inconvenient. I do also hope that TSB will be providing compensation for the trauma they have caused people today.

    @TSB @connon1888 I have also had duplicate transactions and just spent an hour on the phone to a credit card company - as the advice on your website is to contact the payee for duplicate transactions! Please send out an alert to everyone and let us know when soon is!

    @TSB I see TSB are keeping up their fantastic customer service record by replying to a few messages with a generic, unpersonalised response. Money still not back in my account. I was told 2 hours at 08:30.

    @TSB you are perhaps the WORST bank i have ever been with. you have managed to double charge thousands of people across the UK today, you have taken 6 double payments totalling ยฃ160+ from me, leaving me nearly in an unarranged overdraft. what are you playing at? fix it now!
