    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB 'know your business' - double checked, filled in the first one and was told 'all done' but now had another email asking for more info. Now I can't find the page on your website. Please confirm that this is real? If so, what is going on?

    @TSB over the last 4 days I have spent 5 and half hours trying to get through to the debit card department to unblock my card! Still not got through and just spoke to Reg at customer services who was really uninterested to honest! What happened to #customerservice

    @TSB your bank is appalling. Customer service is non existent. Business card frozen on Tuesday & we’ve been on hold for hours trying to get through to someone that can sort the issue since then. Calls get disconnected after 50mins on hold. How are we supposed to run our business
