@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

Written to @TSB card services twice in the last couple of months with a query/complaint and haven't had a reply. @TSB used to be an excellent customer focused bank, really gone down hill this last couple of years. Been a customer all my life. Is 60 too old to change banks?

@TSB I'm sure you do realise how frustrating it is when your online banking system fails to function. It's a Bank holiday so no one to fix it either. Been trying to pay 3 bills for 2 hours now. If you are doing maint post a note & take site offline, then we'd know not to bother.

@NewPOGuy That’s rubbish. You get blank paying in slips at banks, why can’t they be used? Sounds like you can’t be arsed to do a decent service and @TSB doesn’t care whether you do or not.

@TSB There is an issue with Internet Banking online (not the app). When making a payment the "to" account is correct but the "from" field shows the correct account name for a split second before changing to "Therefore we are reviewing your payment to".Please can this be fixed 1/2
