@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB A decent bank, with decent customer service, and who has not closed down so many branches it is in excess of a 100 mile round trip to visit a branch!!!

Dear @TSB, I raised a complaint via your App chat as recommended by you but I don't think it is being followed through. When I query again I chat I am not convinced the reply is relevant and then the message says the case "is closed". Please help.

@Xero @TSB the bank connection link has gone again. PLEASE can you STOP messing with it. It's hard enough being a small business without having problems with online accounting. Nothing changed from our side so presumably someone has done an update and messed it up again!!

@TSB Day 2 still have app issues. What's going on exactly? I've uninstalled, reinstalled ,tried two different Android devices and now an iPad device. I'm not even getting a code sent to my messages now. Sort this or lose a customer!
