    @matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

    @TSB Hi. Payment was attempted last night and an instant text message was received stating TSB no longer support payments to crypto currency companies. The attempted deposit was to Kracken, one of the largest crypto companies in the world.

    Find it crazy how your bank can just assume something is fraudulent on your account with having no indication of any fraud activity… Then block all your cards and deny you from logging into online banking @TSB

    @TSB will your app soon provide the feature to receive push notifications when money has been paid/transferred into your account, because it’s very time consuming always having to log in to find out ??

    @TSB need help. Tried to pay rent to my new landlord but you guys think it’s fraud so are blocking me sending my money (after I typed the separate passwords you asked for correct...what’s the point in passwords if you’re just gonna block me sending money anyway)

As I've learned from my ongoing battle with @HSBC, some banks will defend the indefensible, and will use their limitless resources and a default NO to try and grind you down. Don't throw in the towel. These corporations are made up of people. Hold them accountable.

    @TSB I have given up after 50 minutes in a queue again! I tried to phone customer services and after the pain of getting through he automated questions they can't help. All I want is my card Unblocked!!!!!! Help!!!!! #changebank #

    .@TSB you have the worst customer service I have EVER had the misfortune to have to deal with. You are making it impossible for me to give you money and 40 minutes on hold is far, FAR from good enough. I want this sorted tonight & I will NEVER be using you ever again.
