Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

Oli Ashman (@OliAshman) reportedIt "kicked off" a little bit in the local @TSB bank this morning. A lady was complaining loudly about not being able to pay money in at the counter after being directed to use the machine, the guy at the machine was getting frustrated with it and ended up punching it! The queue were complaining amongst themselves about how the bank only had one window open. I kept quiet because I knew people wouldn't accept why it is like this in most UK businesses. People cost too much to employ, successive governments has made this more and more expensive so businesses have no choice but to cut staff. Most of the UK's current problems is down to staff and pension costs. The only way to improve this is: 1. Reverse the employers NI rise 2. Raise the age employers have to auto enrol and contribute to pensions for staff 3. Link minimum wage increases to inflation, capped at 5% and collared at 2.5% If the 3 measures above were enacted the UK would feel like it is improving as time marches on and in 10 years time the situation would feel a lot better.

John (@John92797698) reported@TSB worst customer service. Fraudulent activity on my bank and absolute farce of a call centre. When possible ill be switching Banks 0/10. Getting 'For the 4th time' from the call handler when im asking a question she clearly doesn't know the answer too

All in my network should be aware of this situation as @TSB are clearly not set up for or trained appropriately to support business banking.

chinnyweasley (@chinnyweasley) reported@TSB I’ve been told to go to a branch to open an account. However the nearest branches near me are only open between 10am to 4pm with the counter being closed on Saturdays. How is someone working full time supposed to go?
