@matt_ta_87 @TSB We are looking to do. Its a bloody pain switching but there comes a time when you’ve had to change you’re login details constantly and the API interaction with the accounts package is so dire it needs to be done!

@TSB @PrideOfBritain That’s all very noble @TSB but maybe you should support local communities by keeping a few branches open you charge me a handling fee for my business yet there is not even an open bank in the area.

@TSB you've taken payments this morning that were already paid for on the 2nd of March, when will these be refunded back into my account as I see many people having the same issue today - I am now overdrawn ! ... can't get through on the phones

@TSB your entire CX is failing across all channels. You've taken £100s of duplicated payments from my account, your online login is down, and both your app chat & automated helpline are stuck in a horror loop. Ofc there's no human in sight. Appalling treatment of your customers.

Oh I REALLY wish @TSB had a better online service... I as an end user shouldn't need to have prior knowledge that searching for transactions between the 1st Feb and the 28th Feb... don't include entries ON the 1st.

@stacelob @TSB I have had the same issue tried phoning told a call wait time of over 30 minutes and they cut me off. Left me with 97p and my daughter has no credit in her phone so she can't get hold of me if she has a problem on the way home from school
