    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB @djskylight Also having this issue in @Xero as it appears many other TSB customers are. We're strongly considering moving banks to one of the more digital friendly banks as this has being going on for over a year now. Except now it's completely broken and disruptive to our accounting process

    @London_darkside @TSB I feel your pain. I waited on a Barclays phone line this afternoon for an hour before getting cut off without speaking to anyone. No branches for me either, and an issue that could not be dealt with online. Bah.

    Hey @TSB, joined Twitter specially to ask if all of your Recoveries agents make a point of shouting at customers, lying and then putting the phone down on them, or whether I just got "lucky" twice today? I hope that my complaint was opened & that you'll be in touch soon.

    @TSB Have received bank card and details for a new account I have not requested, eventually got through to fraud department that have blocked account but not provided any more support. Would like more details on this issue please…

    @TSB are your systems down again???? Just tried to pay a bill using the automated phone service and at the point where it to confirm the details are correct it just cut off and said your phone lines were closed. This is getting ridiculous now 😡

    @TSB Finally got through to some1 & the matter is resolved (I hope). Sadly, it doesn't feel like there're lessons learnt. I can't imagine that I'm the only customer who's experienced such a painful CX. This can be improved, happy to share my thoughts.
