    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB opened new business account & chose to register for online banking on application. Account opened, try to login with user ID provided, am told I need a temporary password? Haven’t received a password & now the user ID doesn’t work. 1/2

    @TSB Thanks Beth I am keen to avoid a block which happened when tried to transfer a 20k + I want to avoid the block hence q re figure which will not trigger block

    @g0lfp @TSB The strange thing is that requesting the site again goes back to HTTP. I wonder if that's a feature of debugging in an anonymous window.

    Sick and tired of being unable to use the @TSB app to access my account. First they close all the branches near me then they make it impossible to bank using the app. I'm 100% looking to swap banks now, had enough of this crap. I dont need the stress!

    @TSB Is there something wrong with the website, every time I try to do anything it signs me out again!! I don't have access to the app as my phone is broken

    @CausticHorizons @TSB Day 5 of no access via the app for me. Tried to reinstall and now I just get error when entering the OTP to login to my account, yes I can still log in through the website.
