    Letter from @TSB ‘we need to make sure your details are correct.’ 15 minutes to answer the phone. Me: ‘You say you tried to call but I didn’t get a call.’ TSB: ‘We’ve got 07…’ Me: ‘That’s wrong.’ TSB: ‘I can’t change that, you need to call customer services’ 🙄

    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB @PrideOfBritain All I could think about was the smell of dead fish and sewage, sea level rise and more isotopic pollution from Nuclear plants and plastic from garbage dumped at sea.     @TSB Thank you for the update. I phoned my branch first and was directed to an automated answer saying "try our mobile app or Internet banking it's quicker". You really have to sort this out as messages like these are not only confusing but deeply irritating. Advise when working .

    @TSB Hello team whats is wrong with the internet banking as i am unable to login using otp. Also tried contacting your team but was left in a queue for 40 minutes and had to disconnect as i am abroad.
