@TSB app playing up today, not recognising device, no issues previously..went through the pain of deleting app and starting again, remembering all info & when I got the 6 digit number texted, it still chucks me out, very poor, can't manage money today and need to move it about😠

@TSB Been trying to transfer money since Friday for a large purchase & not been able to access savings account where money is. Now when I get in via website it says my account has a block! Can't unlock it via app either to transfer the money! I want my money!!

@tsb I am trying to make a payment, but I can only get as far as entering the payment details, the app will not let me go any further as the “check recipient details” box is not allowing me to click on it - is this a known issue? Thanks

@TSB for 2 days now I've been unable to use the mobile app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times. Called helpline was advised to turn off mobile data and use wifi. Still not working. Every time an error message appears after entering the 6 digit pin I was sent.
