  As a disabled vulnerable customer of @TSB the service is appalling, I have wasted so many hours on hold this week reporting fraudulent transactions which finally got dealt with then they go and charge my card for overseas card use 😭😭

  Wow @TSB reporting fraud & you want me to contact the merchant?! I don’t know who that is that’s why I’ve reported it as fraudulent transactions !Absolutely atrocious service for someone who has been a customer for 32 years! I will be closing my account immediately
