@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@chris_attwood @TSB You can block ads on @YouTube, I got fed up seeing this ad over and over again promoting features Monzo has done from day one. When an ad plays there’s an overlay with options to see why you’re being shown an ad and within this there’s an option to not see that ad again.

@TSB @PrideOfBritain My neighbour was running a foodbank in Derbyshire She resigned as most that needed help were too embarrassed to ask There were plenty that turned up in a taxi, smelling of alcohol and smoking to beg for handouts Partners often turned up separately and claimed for all family twice

@TSB @PrideOfBritain This is disgusting, in London one of the richest cities in the world. Without this wonderful lady 140 families would be without good food each day. I was a Hackney girl this is terrible, it’s like going back to Victorian times
