@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB Cannot make any online payments, this is everyone not just me, as advised by customer services last night. App authorization disabled by the IT at TSB and switched to authorize via code sent to phone via text or call..but this is not working either. They are aware!

@TSB sort yourselves out. I need to do my online food shop and can't due to your issues! Due to the hours I work (12.5 hour night shifts in A&E) and the fact my mum is house bound we rely on a weekly online grocery shop. Now can't have it today like normal. When will it be fixed?

When I got through to customer service she said that was the part that wasn't working so they'd switched the system so everyone was getting codes. I think that's what overloaded the system. I did get just two codes this morning from last night - about a 14 hr

@EmilyWrighty96 @TSB Shocking isn’t it. Some people have had charges added on for late payment of things. It’s bothering me as someone said have they been hacked etc ? Do we need to be worried ? All the access to all the technology and we can’t fix this problem ??

Otherwise I'd expect it to be back up and working tomorrow sometime depending on how many people kept trying because we weren't given good advice. Hope it's sorted for you very soon. I expect it will be. Are you OK
