    @TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

    @TSB my local branch has closed down and no matter how many time I have attempted to access on line for business banking, it proves impossible. Get so far, then hit a wall. Seriously fed up. What is next step?

    What ******** are you lot playing at? I know you have scheduled maintenance tonight but why ******** is it at 9:55pm! It clearly states on the app and your website it's to start at 11:30pm.. You lot schedule more maintenance than a maintenance man doing maintenance. @TSB

    @TSB well done to your Bereavement Team for making a complete arse of my parents bank accounts leading to additional stress and upset due to the unacceptable incompetence of your employees. 3 months on and you still haven't sorted this issue out. Nothing but false promises 🤬
