@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB spent nearly two hours trying to speak to someone yesterday regarding fraudulent transactions on my card. When I finally got through, no one could help as systems were down. I've tried again today ... but still in a queue. I need to speak to someone urgently.

@TSB my account is overdrawn to bank error but yet nothing can be done this is shambolic to say the least! If FSU say you can only have 3 payment plan a year it’s a joke tbf
