@TSB how do I get to speak to a human being I’ve been on the phone three times now and I was in a branch yesterday and the problem she said was the company not you. I spoke to the company and they say they haven’t taken the money out. I know you’ve had some problems on the app.

@TSB is there a reason your app is down. Everytime I try to load it, it crashes.

@TSB Oh now you have a response but ignoring others. Interesting. This was was found when I was forced to have someone go out after 9pm last night and drive 4.5 miles to get me a mini statement because you don’t respond , answer calls or acknowledge issues

@TSB Hi Lesley, I’ve just tried this and it’s still not working. Any suggestions how I can view my saving pots/transfer money? As you’ve closed the majority of your branches.

@murraymeikle @TSB Been a customer for 5 minutes and have enough of them already. Well done if you’ve survived so long

@TSB Nope I ended up having to get a call back last time. So I’ll ask again are you paying for the stupidly high phone bill. Clearly you skipped disability training if you think everyone can just hop down to the branch when you tel them. 🤡

@TSB my TSB mobile baking app will not open, since yesterday, it will begin booting up then crash, and the app doesn’t require an update. Is this a known issue?

@TSB Another case of not reading before replying. Maybe try again. Ask an adult to help if needed
