@krista_leia I don't know what to believe anymore, he told me on Sunday that Virgin Media were comping to fix it but it's now so bad i cannot even connect it. I can get wi-fi installed here just for me, but you usually need a phone line and the cost is going to be fairly high.

@virginmedia all our smart devices are now not responding because "they are too far away from our HUB 3.0". This is according to the diagnostic tool. Thing is, they are the same distance as before, and they used to work on the same router. Help?

@virginmedia No I didn’t and I don’t remember receiving one. I have checked all my emails from you and nothing. I rang a couple of days ago to ask for a discount and was basically told to get lost. I spend £100 a month with you guys and was shocked at the service. Account name Lisa Morley.

@virginmedia @ruskin147 It’s also affecting your 4G mobile data service so every time your broadband goes down so does the 4G and we lose all of our internet access.
-
Leon Denny (@lbjdenny) reported from Ipswich District, England
@virginmedia Issues have been far from fixed!! My router rebooted itself 5 times today. This is not acceptable when I could be working on customer systems attempting to support them with their IT when I can't even rely on my own ISP to deliver a decent service is embarrassing!
-
Murph (@WiseOlMurph) reported from Ipswich District, England
Anyone in Ipswich struggling with Virgin Media speeds currently? It’s awful paying all this money for absolute shite speeds.

@virginmedia Yes we know that you cannot speed up permits. Our issue is we are trying to sort out a temporary solution. Virgin helpline has said they have escalated our request for a temporary solution and will call us back. But we have had no contact and it’s just getting ridiculous.
-
Jane Franklin (@jrfrank) reported
@virginmedia I was told yesterday morning that someone would call back within 24 hours - they did not. No one ever calls back - it’s outrageous and worse. Even my neighbour is having issues with their broadband - the app does not recognise hub and it is no longer possible to optimise Wi-Fi

@virginmedia What’s the point? No one calls back … your customer service has deteriorated to abysmal levels. The technical support team are reading from a crib sheet. Twitter is awash with complaints from others about the same issue. It’s a joke
