@virginmedia Issues have been far from fixed!! My router rebooted itself 5 times today. This is not acceptable when I could be working on customer systems attempting to support them with their IT when I can't even rely on my own ISP to deliver a decent service is embarrassing!

@virginmedia all our smart devices are now not responding because "they are too far away from our HUB 3.0". This is according to the diagnostic tool. Thing is, they are the same distance as before, and they used to work on the same router. Help?

@virginmedia after spending over a month trying to sort out the end of my contract you finally said it was cancelled with no further charge. I have been billed £60. I need this sorted as these were false promises made by your company and the customer service has been abysmal.

Ok so, virgin media router kinda sucks, if I use the Bt SmartHub 2, it would basically just be a Wi-fi access point, so would need a like a rpi for dhcp Or I could just buy a google nest Wi-fi or something ubiquiti

@virginmedia how come I have to reset my broadband router daily to get a signal, zero reception in the upstairs bedroom and yes we have a virgin signal booster, devices constantly need reconnecting and can’t speak to a human on the phone surprise surprise. #disappointed

@virginmedia Who knows but certain people with in your team have been very flippant about our situation and trying to palm us off with a 20pound credit. This is nowhere near acceptable considering the stress and upset your so called customer service team has put us through.

@virginmedia since Christmas our WiFi has been disgustingly bad. A few weeks ago I called yourselves and spent almost 2 hours on the phone. I upgraded our WiFi at home to the best possible WiFi we could have and yet it’s still shockingly bad. I’ve never known such shoddy service

@virginmedia Hi i moved house on the 13th Dec and i contacted virginmedia that i would like to close my account. I have yet to have a final bill from yourselves and i had to cancel the direct debit as this would have gone out tomorrow for the full amount!

@virginmedia Nope but I got a nice little call today to tell me not to worry the technician is coming to fix it in 4 weeks time. Nice of u to let me know. In the meantime I’ll take a £15 credit off my bill. Really I shouldn’t have to pay a thing a Amy service is not what I’m paying for.

@virginmedia She told me all was sorted she’s applied the discount and got me back down to my normal price. My bill due in next few days is still £139.99. I can’t understand what is so difficult. I need this sorting before I’m billed that amount.
