@virginmedia No service issues and my other half has said the ping test hard wired by an Ethernet cable is coming back with 0.11’s 0.3 0.5 0.31. The house we are in is a small 2 up 2 down and devices drop out intermittently, it’s really annoying.

@MarkFlannery19 @virginmedia @phonecoop Hi Mark. Tied into a contract for a year. Therefore they just play lip service to any problems. I used to have 100mbps and that was appalling so upgraded to 200 which is slightly better but never anywhere near even 100 coming into the house

@virginmedia We were told this isn't possible due to covid restrictions. We've pointed out that these restrictions didnt stop you installing it and no one would need to enter our property. We were then told it's an additional service so if we paid £99 they could send someone. (2)

@virginmedia We've said our argument is that it wasn't installed properly in the 1st place, but apparently that's on us for not checking it properly before your engineers left. Your customer service team has said there's nothing they can do and that we should get someone to fix it ourselves
