@virginmedia help! Have phone 150 (automated!). No local problem. Have done everything the automated response told us to do. Including the automated text message. Still no Internet through hub. No WiFi! We have TV. Now what? A human might be able to help!

@virginmedia decide to upgrade their sim cards. During roll out they realise previously unlocked phones have to be re-unlocked by previous provider. Virgin customer svc gave me a choice. Sort it yourself or don't be a #virginmobile customer🤔 #rude #notcustomerservice

@virginmedia Hi, it just says there is "interference on our network impacting multiple customers in your area causing intermittent speeds and performance..." - this has been going on around 2 maths and has got worse these last 2 wks.

I was having probs wiv my broadband with @virginmedia had to go up to 500mbps download speed in order to stream live I had to go to 35mbps high upload vid speed which is what u need... as I was crashing..Pm Me if u need help x

@virginmedia Just gone through the whole process. Says issue with box. Then tried to fix and Virgin saying need 30 mins to sort toolbox? So now asking me to redo it all in 30 mins. Meanwhile TV not working. 🤨 Not happy.

@virginmedia **** Virgin is awful! An hour to “customer service”. Transferred back and forth 10 times. Then want to CHARGE me to get a dongle so that the internet service I ALREADY PAY FOR can actually be delivered to me. Seriously, if ineptitude was a food, you guys would be a banquet.
