@virginmedia It is not a problem with my area, everywhere is said to work perfectly. My hub has been updating for 24hours+ (green arrows flashing). I had to buy more data to use internet on my phone which I want to be refunded too (wouldn’t have bought it if WiFi worked)

@virginmedia tried to get touch with anyone who could get me a refund for the poor service you provide, unsuccessfully. On the /ofcom page, I did not find any contact appart from 150 call.Please give me a phone number or an email address so that I can apply for a refund thank you

rooms - which it wasn’t with @virginmedia . We can still stream UHD, FaceTime and online game simultaneously with NO PROBLEMS. Customer Service: Another very welcome change. Nothing seems too much trouble for the Sky Team.

@virginmedia Yes it's showing 0.55am which is crazy. I was with Vodafone for 3 years and didn't have a single outage longer than 20 minutes. I just want to speak to a person to discuss how you're going to compensate me for this. It's really embarrassing dropping off calls with my clients.

@virginmedia There was a outage yes but I’m fed up of consistently crap connection! Since planned maintenance on Monday the connection keeps cutting off. Green lights on the Wi-Fi box and no tv! I also previously had my network split in 2 and they’ve been 1/2

@virginmedia It's finding the right person/dept that is the problem on the whole. The online chat works well to a degree but they can never resolve the issue so raise a ticket and promise a call back. With various issues we're now sitting at 9 promises of calls and zero coming through.
