@virginmedia how can you hike prices for existing customers, offer deals for new customers but are unable to answer your own customer service lines? Better deals with BT, why should we pay your extortionate price for terrible service?

@virginmedia Whatever maintenance you performed on Monday 8th in the BH8 area has made the previous issue 100x worse than it was before. Please sort this out. £50 a month for this is a joke.

@virginmedia For awareness - i intend to to begin the formal complaints process with CISAS. This service is not cheap and it is unacceptable that you do not have the requisite level of service support in place. Literally just been cut off 5 seconds after retention number was answered

@virginmedia I just Raised a complaint, here are some highlights I ordered my virgin you pushed it back I made you aware of an ongoing issue and it hasn't been resolved Agent's telling me about how process and procedures don't work in your organisation Call backs not upheld!

@GACat Yeah, people pay for Sky over here or Virgin Media. I was a Sky customer for years! I just have streaming services now because it's so much cheaper.
-

@virginmedia Guys - this is an absolute joke - that number does not allow you to speak to anyone. You go through an automated response script - you then get sent SMS texts to self help site and get cut off. it really is the pits. I have to run the retention number to speak to anyone.

@virginmedia 2/2 However because of continuous bad experiences prior I do not wish to continue with Virgin Media and will continue to move over to the new provider. All I hope is that the powers at be take note and seriously improve their Customer service call centres. Thanks for your time
