    @virginmedia This has crashed again although no lights on any of the boxes or pod - try to call and can’t get through - try to use the app to see if there is an outage and that isn’t working either….sort it out as trying to WFH

    @virginmedia Thanks I did finally mange to get hold of someone and an engineer coming Saturday , wasn’t too pleased with the lady saying if any of your equipment was damaged we would be fined , that’s a horrible thing to say

    @virginmedia We were told on one call it was showing a fault and they would get someone to call but that was two months ago ,nobody ever rang ,if I use my phone or a different iPad you can see the signal disappear often but then other times It will be fine ,just in that room though

    @virginmedia Yes, I checked for faults in my local area and there are none despite being told there were and this was the issue. I was also told support person could see WiFi working on their end and to reboot router which would fix it - it didn't.

    @virginmedia @virginmedia @Ofcom month 4 and still no broadband installed. 3 complaints raised and still no response to any of them. Tried to raise complain #4 and Cristabel put the phone down on me. 3rd person from VM to do this today. #exceptionallyangry
