    I’ve seen multiple @virginmedia AD’s with wheelchair users in & every single time my face lights up like a kid at christmas, representation MATTERS & is non-existent for disabled people, this feeling will never get old. ✨

    @virginmedia Email to say it was resolved by offer of an apology which I never accepted so I called customer services who offered the credit of overpayment onto my account which I’m still waiting for.

    @virginmedia Actually, the new owners are porting their virgin contract here, if the contract is per property, and it will be Virgin providing the service, that would mean we DON'T have to pay the fee right?

    @virginmedia Hi again guys. Exactly the same experience. They can't help me because by the time I've waited on hold, and weve discussed the problem again (for the 20th time or so), the problem has resolved. It's still happening 4 times an evening and it needs fixing. Please help.

    @virginmedia I spoke to a rude adviser who said they’d escalate it. However my pac code has already been swapped out and there was no urgency. I am now waiting in the hope that someone else doesn’t get control of my phone

    @virginmedia #rude #badservice Had Virgin broadband installed just to discover a better deal on money supermarket. Contacted them to ask if they would honour it and was refused point blank, told not to complain, wouldn’t put me through to the boss and wouldn’t give her name.

    @virginmedia I would be happy to keep virgin, and that would be ok, and I would keep the same contract.. but it is you who can't provide service... How is it me ending the contract? How am I compensating you and not the other way around?

    @virginmedia The only issue I have with that is that every time I contact that number, the following happens: 1) I explain the issue, again 2) they advise me to follow the steps as are online, again, that I've already done, even though I say I've done them 3) they ask me to monitor 1/2

    12/ I have also sent many complaints to @virginmedia, non of which have had a proper response. I got an email saying 'I must be happy with the resolution of: apology' an apology which I haven't even received. If this whole thing wasn't insulting enough.

    @virginmedia @Davek85175302 No we haven’t called, it has bee going down at least 2x daily, today is exceptional as it’s been down more than 2 hours. The run test from Virgin online gave a tech error. What is fastest way to sort this, frustration is huge.
