    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    @virginmedia Advisers keep saying no way to expedite. Yet two employees today said that my reconnection needed expediting. One way or another, someone has lied to me, and that’s not good enough. Your advisers need to get better at recognising these minority cases. Complaint will happen.

    @virginmedia I'm sorry but you clearly haven't read my messages. Virgin has accepted that there is a broadband fault (which would affect the subsequent wifi signal). My issue is that the communication on the fixing of that fault (or not) is so inconsistent

    @virginmedia it's been about 2 hours now that this issue keeps happening. My connection disconnects for about 10seconds and reconnects, but 3-5minutes later it happens again. I have lost a lot of online work to this.
