    @Flock_ED After years of terrible service from BT we switched to virgin media (like almost everyone in our street) and have had about 200mbps every day for three years. It not the cheapest but it’s very fast.

    Absolutely useless help from @virginmedia customer services today. Had to explain issue 3 times then sent problem to technical team and that was the last I heard. Unequal and unfair treatment of Sky Sports customers on Virgin. Always thought they were the best-serious doubts now.

    @virginmedia My broadband has been down since I noticed it at 5am on the 4th of April. When is it going to be fixed? I’m already paying a lot for my broadband package. Plus you keep increasing the speed to justify putting the prices up. I’m not made of money.
