    @EppsRacer @virginmedia Gave up with @virginmedia many moons ago with the internet constantly being down which was laughable as I'd been talked into an upgrade that would cure the issue. Gave up with the call centre and sent a letter basically saying stuff! your contract

    @virginmedia right Virgin, I’m done...I can’t stream, can’t watch catch up, can’t watch a film on demand, WiFi dropping out, can’t get through to anyone to sort the problem. DD cancelled and i expect you to resolve my persistent technical issues or accept a lost customer.

    @virginmedia We've just lost both our TV and internet again. Tried calling 150 and just got the automated IVR which sent me a link that gave me a 400 Bad request. How do I speak to a human being? Our usually stable service has been up and down since the weekend. Disappointing!

    @virginmedia Sunday around 5pm. Today from just before 5pm onwards. Tried the live chat as well and this was of zero help. This really isn’t good at all. I don’t expect to be charged for a new contract when I have been trying to contact you to resolve to no avail

    @virginmedia I have. They’re useless too. They’re the ones who said the work was done. And now they’ve rebooked for 2.5 weeks time and offered me £3 a month off when I’ve just waited at home all day. Will look to see if other companies can get me running in the meantime and cancel if needed.

    @virginmedia By the way I'm also speaking to someone on WhatsApp, but they haven't got a clue and take 20+ minutes to respond to any message. I'm also waiting to speak to someone on the phone. 44 mins and counting without a human being. The WORST customer service in existence.
