Connection always dropping..Had no problems with our internet since and now pay £35 capped for 24 mths! Plus their live chat is much quicker than trying to get hold of Virgin!

Spoke to customer services multiple times and they said diagnostic tool wasn't working and call back. This was during lockdown so low staffing when calling led to massive wait times - understandable
