@virginmedia Basically I took out a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months that was 11 months ago. So when my contract is up in feb how do I cancel it as other providers will give me the contract

@virginmedia why is it so difficult for you to stop emails going to me for the last 3 years that are not me, I do not have a virgin media account and never have, yet on reporting to you numerous times it hasn’t stopped.

Update on my ongoing @virginmedia saga coz I know your all inthralled by it! Shock horror, never received phone call as promised! I now have another engineer coming Thursday!! Thursday ffs! No tv or internet for three weeks by then! I’m beyond fuming!

@virginmedia Hi, As told I contacted team via chat & got usual reply that we will get back in 2-3 days. Kindly note I’m getting the same response since one month and today my account was debited with hefty penalty as I pointed earlier. C-270521586 is my complaint no.

@virginmedia Hi, Usually I get great 4G and excellent signal on my mobile phone but around 9am it all went completely dead, can you check, I have made 7 calls to Virgin and each one got cut off!

@virginmedia to say I had changed my mind as Sky had made me a better offer. 4th person I spoke to offered to see if could beat again, but sadly after the previous 3 poor efforts I decided to say don't waste your time and cancelled. Sorry to have to say the service was appalling, so defo canx
