@moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

@_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

@virginmedia Media. I was provided with a 12 month discounted contract (having been a loyal customer for 15 years) and was told - after 7 months - that the discount would no longer be applied - in a shockingly poor bit of telephone service.

@virginmediadon1 @virginmedia We used to be with talk talk for our business. virgin said theyd price match for fibre, they installed it and didnt do the direct debit cut us off..first we knew dead phone . Charged us a lot more a month than they promised. I will never use virgin again for home or work,.

@virginmedia Seemingly fine again. I had over 200 mbps down, 20 mbps up yesterday when this issue was happening, which was what led me to believe packet loss. Frustrating but it happens.
