@virginmedia @grimegran #Stayconnected the biggest mystery to all Virgin media customers at the moment is how to stay connect to the router and the broadband! Stop promoting ads when your customer service is currently unable to accepts fault reports, 8.5 weeks and counting!

@virginmedia @Virgin_Victoria I was told it would be delivered today. I got the yodel app, which has informed me its tomorrow. Not good, when I actually called up Virgin to cancel my contract. Its not the best way to keep a customer whose on the edge of leaving you.

Had visit No 2 from Virgin, a couple of nice chaps,chased cables and removed cable still connected to the network that's not been used for years,new modem,new leads,new remote and the supervisor's number with a call back in a week, all good so far well done @virginmedia

@virginmedia That is not correct KF. I used a password at the beginning when passing the initial security questions. I was then asked for a password that was used when the account was set up. My father was on the other end of the phone, I was communicating with the What's App support.
