    Not a lover of call centres and thought that they didn't really offer any customer service of any real value, then you have the likes of @virginmedia and @Hermesparcels that seem to want to upset customers. That said, credit to @NespressoUK, was blown away with your service

    @virginmedia I rang after the email and they assured me they have applied a discount and would stay the same price for my contract. I agreed a fix price and if that's not what I got then I have been lied too, which is a miss sale and the ombudsman will be contacted, again.

    @virginmedia I've done this many times previously and does nothing, the most recent request to switch it from modem mode is so you would process my complaint with ofcom which in turn means I'm without WiFi for 30 days unless standing on the "superhub"

    @virginmedia I wouldn't recommend your media connect app its awful, the booster you sent out does exactly zero, as for blackspots around the house that would be anywhere in the house more than 1.5m from the hub, all the software in the world won't polish the turn you call a superhub

    @virginmedia No errors, never is, yet everyday at least once my net goes off, normally for 10 minutes sometimes for up to 4 or 5 hours, cant remember last time I made it 24 hours with no down time

    @virginmedia Blimey only taken 2 months and 3 days to sort the phone adapter out... plus not telling me the day to change over to VOIP system which was the old phone was cut off today .. It seems virgin media needs up its customer service preformance. I have sent an email to your CEO .

    @VirginMedia were supposed to be sending out an engineer today to switch my broadband on after I moved house. Instead, they royally screwed up so badly I have no idea when or if I'm ever going to get internet. 😔😡 According to their app, I'm not even a customer anymore, WTAF!
