@virginmedia you have taken £162 out my account without my permission ...... that is stealing . I spoke to a girl today and told me yes it was virgins mistake but she can’t return the money I told her I wanted to cancel and she said it would cost me £490 .... this is wrong

@virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

@EveryNextDream @virginmedia I’ve had issues with their customer service for years. I worked for them part time whilst at uni when they were “Telewest”, and went through the whole Virgin take over. We all knew it was doomed from that moment. I’ll be leaving when contract is up.

This is ridiculous @virginmedia - we have a broken remote and keep being lied to on the phone about how to get a replacement. We were told one would be delivered by recorded delivery today and now we are told it was all wrong information? Why treat customers like this?

@virginmedia A solid white light. The test run results in 'looks like your Hub isn't connected properly' but everything is. Spent 20 mins on the phone last night and the adviser thinks 'it might be an outage'. This appears to be a widespread issue with Virgin over recent days. Poor service 👎🏻

@virginmedia You couldn’t really make this up. After being told 6 DAYS IN A ROW the prepull team would doground work at my home, nobody arrived. Phoned to cancel and told I didn’t have an account so they couldn’t cancel it. WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

@virginmedia Yes but as we are aware that will take ages. As the account email and password reset is not recognised on your system - that looks like an issue at your end. Rubbish service, rubbish company that are doing nothing to help the elderly. Shocking! Glad I am not with @virginmedia
