@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

@virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful

@pollymackenzie No it’s the internet service that’s the problem. WiFi can be fixed by using a better router, repeaters or good old fashioned network cable. I pay @virginmedia a fortune for high speeds but it still drops out constantly

@virginmedia Hi, I regraded my package in Jan, to another ultimate ooomph bundle. I've tried ringing multiple times to ask where my upgraded TiVo boxes were to be told I wasn't eligible and then have the phone put down on me three times after being on the phone for over 30 mins !
