    @virginmedia how many days without WiFi before I get real help it’s M11 MCR it’s been 3 days now .. only had it back for 3 weeks prior to that it was off everyday for hours for roughly a month it’s driving me INSANE because there’s NO REAL people to speak to gotta go work now!!

    @virginmedia Its not just that, your whole service, including customer service is appalling. I have illnesses that are noted, do they matter... nope! Can I get out of my contact to go elsewhere.. not without paying you a lot of money. Appalling company!
