@virginmedia Apparently there’s some form of outage on the network as a whole. I can’t get any clear answers from the @TravelodgeUK Wi-Fi help line. The network just seems to be refusing to connect logged in devices. I’m here for one night and requested money back for Wi-Fi to no avail.

At this rate #virginmedia should be offering every customer a 20% discount for the next 12 months to stop a mass exodus..hiking prices and awful service add in a generic answer to the mountain of complaints then you know we are being mugged off.
