@virginmedia I’ve been looking into this problem & the TV is all Connected to my Virginmedia Internet then it suddenly disconnects from the Internet & then this is why it goes back to my TV Homescreen then i go back into settings & wireless network click on this & then it’s returns & works🤪?

@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia I went on Virginmedia & it said they know of a TV Issue & it was affecting TV Go Users so does this it could be affecting normal TV Viewing through V6 Box & Virginmedia Router. The Fix time is estimated for 12pm Tomorrow(Engineer) I cannot watch TV Now it keeps going On & Off😱😫

@virginmedia Put TV on 10.50am & First episode of TV going back into Samsung QLED TV was just after 11.15am now it’s fine again, it just shows that my Wiring is Fine & that it’s The Network Connectivity with the Culprit outside in The Green Virginmedia Box Outside.Can you plz send an Engineer

@virginmedia I switched Childsafe off but Twitter videos are still not working. I don't have Virgin mobile but the family member who does says videos aren't working. It's getting really annoying now as Virgin Media aren't giving any explanation or when the issue will resolve.

@virginmedia It has just resolved for me but there are a lot of very unhappy customers discussing online the very unreliable service in the past two months in this area. Many have been without internet several times a week, many are still without service now. The fixes don't seem to last long

@virginmedia 🤔 port configuration test failure. Phoned last week said would send an update within 3hrs almost 7 days later still same. You lot are taking piss! Phone up about connection speeds and on the day you send engineer you boost speed and it goes back to slow a few days
