@virginmedia Hi, I got through & they ran some tests & everything was fine(:-) but it was suggested that maybe there is some Network maintenance somewhere & that when it’s completed the Top Green Flashing light on the Router will go back to normal🤞🙏👍

@virginmedia Hi I downloaded the latest Update for my Apple Phone & ever since then when i click on my Virginmedia Hub3 my phone says it’s connected to the network but has weak security I’ve never known it to say that before😱

The connection itself is up according to the router. There is no point sending an engineer to site. You need to look at your own network. #useless

@virginmedia I've just spent 1 hour 30 mins on hold then 40 mins talking to someone by the name of Akshay on live web chat only to be cut off and connected with a new web bot before I could sort out anything, the service is disgraceful and seriously has me considering leaving!
