    @virginmedia I still have not heard anything about my complaint. I have also received a bill for a period after my contract has ended for services I will not use. I have been a customer for around 8 years and am not impressed at all.

    @virginmedia disgusted with the customer service from virgin media. My Nan is 80 years old and is trying to get a PUK code to keep her phone number and your staff hung up on her because she couldn’t remember her password!!!

    @virginmedia My service agreement ends on 10th July 2019. I do not expect the service to work past this date and hope a final statement will be prepared shortly after 10th July.

    Extremely disappointed with @virginmedia have gone back on their written word about my package. Been a customer for over 8 years and feel like I have been treated like dirt. I should get a complaint call within 7 days. I will not hold my breath. Shame on #virgin

    @virginmedia The complaint was made over the phone yesterday. I wanted to cancel but was told I needed to finish my contract and could only make request 30 days before the end. At that time I downgraded my contract, this was confirmed in writing. A few weeks later I requested cancellation

    @virginmedia I was adv,despite being in the coolingoff period,I had to wait until 14/02/22 for disconnection. Despite me never having installing your equipment (which I am still waiting for dets re returning). They checked they noticed error on acct so said wld get supvr to📞 assumed Friday

    @virginmedia There never is but it is since city fibre put in new cables and you did maintenance work in the area in Nov . We are not the only ones in the area it affects . Our other box which isn’t Samsung has no problems !

    @virginmedia I've spoken to two of your agents over WhatsApp, to get a better deal, over two days, waiting for ten hours in total, only to be put through to customer relations who never respond. I was given the option of your m100 broadband for £44 a month, then £41 a month. 1/3

    @virginmedia 1/2 There are tv & broadband issues in my area. I also have an issue with our landline however there is no known fault when checking. I am going round in circles trying to find out how to run a test. It says sign in which I do, I get a series of questions & then....
