    @virginmedia I am not sure why you are not getting this. I get this error on my Primary box but not the secondary box. I have ran the link and checked my acc for the service check and the issue is not listed! Not happy!

    @virginmedia hi I keep getting error code v53 on my TiVo v6, rebooted, checked connections are ok but to no avail. Had this problem for months but problem is getting worse, please advise. Thanks

    @virginmedia Thanks for the steer to your Indian call centre ,they very helpfully tell me to remain patient until the outage is resolved unfortunately they couldn’t tell me if 21 days and counting is a record maybe you have other forms of enlightenment.

    @daniellebryce21 @virginmedia Heard nothing but bad things about them. We would never swap to them. They also are always knocking on our door trying to sign us up despite us telling them not to and a sign on our door stating no cold callers. 😡😡😡

    @virginmedia good morning; I’m not sure what work was happening in the area yesterday, but since your engineers were around my internet is ver intermittent. I’ve tried restarting the router and it’s still just awful. I’m trying to wfh and it’s very difficult at the moment

    @virginmedia Thanks ,yes I’ve had several updates on completion of work pre Xmas it was 6pm most days . Since then it was 3:30 yesterday , definitely today , and one of your highly trained customer agents advises me it will be 3:30 tomorrow ,unless of course you know something ?

    @virginmedia Not a password problem. Login works fine via email clients on desktop and phone. Changed about 2 weeks ago in response to previous problem and worked fine then.

    @virginmedia I checked the service and it should be ok but I don’t have signal again this morning. There have been interruptions for a month. It’s very frustrating specially working from home. Your subscription is going up by 2.50 from next month but the service is poor. Any help/explanation

    @virginmedia Hi, I just phoned to discuss cancelling service owing to cost and was told that no other wifi supplier is doing installations until April at the earliest (all part of a generally horrible hard sell).. Are you telling your customer service people to say this? Is it true
