@albanwr @cybergibbons I don't use any of my Samsung TVs smart features and deny it network access for that exact reason. But my virgin media V6 box and Netflix account are happily sending sweet something back all the time.

@virginmedia Been chatting to o e of your girls online Rowela. She wanted to speak to my husband. Our hiusephone has just rang... briefly a couple of times but I DID tell her that our house phone isnt working properly.... it rings once, poss twice & stops & makes awful noises if we call out

@virginmedia I was talking to them on chat as a) our home phone is knackered, my husband mobile phone wasnt registering our home number when he was typing it on your answer service. He doesnt have twitter I do, but after hubby gave both the passwords to me he uses neither seemed to be right

@virginmedia I have had a terrible experience with Roshan technical support at virgin media. After reporting a fault with my WIFI network three times, he put the phone down on me. These technical support people are arrogant rude and not helpful at all!

@virginmedia also was offer a system that would improve the WiFi in the house. The netgear pl1000 arrived yesterday and doesn’t give me@any further WiFi coverage. It just extends the network. I only have the one router..

@virginmedia Thanks the router was out next to the tv by the outside wall, so we’ve never been able to use the WiFi in other parts of the house. It really only works well in that room.

@virginmedia So the girl asked to speak to him. The chat was stopped & our house phone rang its once & stopped ( I DID tell her earlier it wasnt working properly) She couldve asked for his mobile number but didnt & this couldve been sorted. Felt like both people dealt with didnt want to help

@virginmedia To be left with no alternative for wifi whilst we are working from home is terrible customer service. If there is an issue with your broadband that we pay for, you should replace it in the meantime with a dongle because right now we are paying for something that doesn’t work.

@virginmedia We were told if it’s internal damage that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. So we can no longer have virgin but they will confirm on Monday. Why it’s something that can be confirmed in the moment I don’t know. Inevitably we are just waiting two more days to be told no.
