    @moizmehek @virginmedia I am getting 10 Mbps against advertised speed of 108 Mbps by @virginmedia Not sure if @ASA_UK and/or @Ofcom can help as @virginmedia refuse to handle faults of WiFi and can't leave penalty free unless handled by faults team.

    @_peeqi @virginmedia I am getting around 10% of advertised speed by @virginmedia over WiFi when sitting 3metres from router. Faults team REFUSE to look at WiFi issues. @virginmedia won't even acknowledge complaint sent via @resolvercouk around 2 weeks ago!

    @virginmedia virgin emailed me several times saying they had tried calling about my complaint but they were “sorry to have missed me.” Yet my phone never rang. So you are saying nobody did even try as you only use webchat?I am not doing a webchat. I hate screens. I hate this. My joints hurt.
