    @virginmedia currently looking into other providers as i plan to cancel my virgin since yous have nothing to offer me and not to mention im paying for 100mb internet but just ran a speed test which states i only receive 16.57mb so im getting ripped off big time #rantover

    @virginmedia Plus problems. I even had to get a mate to have a look the phone lines because he used to work for virgin media as enginer he told me the lines were all rusted and need replacing even then they did listen now it's speed problems amongst propertys

    @virginmedia how about helping out with all the self insolate people children off business shutting people stuck at home. Etc etc. Such things a added channels with no extra charge. To help the families out.

    @virginmedia ...before you can do anything. Was told that we couldn’t even talk to anyone from cancellation department...until we either paid or went through collections department. There was/is no care for what has happened...just “give us some money and we’ll help”

    Very poor service from Virgin Media, WiFi only working50% over 2 months. Offered small amount as goodwill gesture, they explained that all other service were working & that seemed ok. AVIOD!

    @virginmedia We have tried that route also...they weren’t any help either. Absolutely no one is willing to listen to us or the actual facts of what has happened to us. It would be good if someone could actually call us and try to help

    @SkyUK @virginmedia With this virus going around and thousand going into self isolating Schools closing. Company's and business closing. Is there any deals you're doing. Is there anything your doing to help with things such a free channels.

    Thanks @virginmedia for having me endure a call for 48 minutes while I try to get someone to give me the broadband speed I’ve been paying for for over a year (350Mbps but I’m only getting 140Mbps), and then simply hanging up on me with no fix. Joke of a company. #broadbandfail

    @virginmedia It's just not me with the same problems it's my neighbours as well. We have all complained and nothing done with the speed as well as the TV drop out. 2 have moved over to sky because of all the problems.

    @libertyglobal. For such a big company and you own virgin media do you listen to virgin media coustmers. Are you rude as there coustmer services. Do you care about virgin media customers. Or do you just take take and not listen or care just like us virgin media customers.

    @virginmedia It is a wireless connection. My last call with your customer service was last week when I was told everything is fine (as per usual being told that) but couldn’t even google the virgin phone number cause had no internet 💀💀 @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Ngl I gave up on fixing your issue cause I clearly not being listened to over the phone even though there is a whole call history and notes and everything, seems like it’s my job to start from square 1 and do a presentation every time of the issue that is evident. @virginmedia

    Dear @virginmedia your fiber broadband service is not for for purpose. Constant dropouts, slow (despite paying for 100MB service) and unreliable. Frankly terrible.

    @virginmedia We have internet which keeps going off and have been told we have wifi interference.We can purchase some type of pods which may solve this.We do not want to pay additional costs or take on another long term contract just in case the problem remains. We could do with trying a pod.

    @AntStephen @virginmedia The worst thing was my mum had been In the vic since late January, and didn’t go home and passed in trinity on 6th May. So it wasn’t even used anyway. 🙄 Well until we started clearing the house, and used the WiFi and home phone. WHICH THEY PICKED UP ON. C*NTS. Xx
