  • CEdvardz The Edvardz (@CEdvardz) reported

@virginmedia They were no more able to help than you are. This process is so broken it’s a joke. Apparently, they can only update the notes as they only deal with cancelled direct debit. The same team called again today.

  • PaesiFantasma Paesi Fantasma (@PaesiFantasma) reported

@virginmedia I left a bad review on trustpilot and I've got an email saying to contact you. How? I can't call, I can't send an email. I used the chat and the result is that I have to pay because of your agents. Complaints are not going through the website. That's totally rubbish.

  • patinkent Pat Cox (@patinkent) reported

@virginmedia Ihave checked and entered my postcode and it still says issues with TV just as it has done since Thursday. I am reluctant to talk to your team as they have no respect for the older person and treat us as if we don't understand, despite the fact that I have taight basic IT skills

@virginmedia I think it’s fair to say the link isn’t reliable bc when my wifi went down, over an hour and a half ago, it said the area was perfectly fine. So I suppose something is wrong, isn’t it? Regardless, it’s finally working now… one hour and a half later.

  • graemer41 graeme mccausland (@graemer41) reported

@virginmedia Trying for 19 days now to get Netflix activated as it is part of my bundle, but apparently there is a technical problem with your app which means I cannot see the activate button. 5 times it has been sent to technical support to be resolved as customer service cannot !!

  • CEdvardz The Edvardz (@CEdvardz) reported

@virginmedia I no longer care if you disconnect my services. I’ve been contacted by three other customers asking advice. Sadly I cannot help. Despite 25+ years in CX this is beyond me.
