    @virginmedia I have tried to cancel as you are not at my new build and your staff have hung up on me 4 times. @BBCWatchdog please help me. I’ve heard virgin are difficult to get away from.

    @virginmedia No, none at all, your service status has no known issues in the area. She has been on live chat with one of your colleagues and an engineer visit has been organised. Very frustrating as she is working from home

    .@vmbusiness We heard today that due to repairs ours & other business broadbands @FlourishGlen will be down for 6 hours next Thursday. We will have to close and turn away 100s of customers as won't able to take payment.Surely the hospitality sector has had enough trials in 2021?

    @virginmedia hey, quick question, is your latest hub any better i.e. offers better strength/coverage than @SkyHelpTeam hub? I ask as we have two @ring doorbells some distance from the current hub and connections are awful. Contract almost up and it’s decision time 🤔. Thx

    @virginmedia More.. every time.she.calls she has to explain it over and over. No one seems capable of recording the issue and passing it to someone who can sort it out. It is stopping her access her social media as the email if linked. Cannot see incoming Bill's etc.

    @virginmedia Every call I make I can barely hear the other person. Happens all the time. Poor reception constantly . Because you align to Vodafone they’re hopeless round here .

    @virginmedia I already did your survey but you knew what I thought when you tried to force me to take on an 18 month contract after my original one ended. You treat customers like a cash crop. I make sure to tell everyone not to use you. You could have kept my business when I move but not now

    Oh @virginmedia why bother sending emails with customer satisfaction surveys attached when you have zero interest in taking any notice of what your customers think? If you had, you'd listen to our complaints instead of squeezing as many £££ as possible out of us before we cancel!

    @virginmedia Thanks! Working in the garden at the moment but will try later. It’s very frustrating to be moved fro operative to operative and then disconnected. Probably because they couldn’t deal with the issue. Not good for your image.

    @virginmedia OK thanks I pay £110 a month for my service as someone who subsists on a pension and disability benefit this is a big commitment and yet every time I pick up the phone to you I am lied to, for example we are receiving a lot more calls than usual, this is a permanent refrain

    @Sneak_666 @virginmedia I’ll jump on this. Left virgin due to the prices going up and not needing the whole service now. The retention team called me and offered me exactly what I needed (broadband only m200) for £22. Vodafone had sold me 50-60mbps for £19 so thought it was a great deal.

    @virginmedia Sorry guys but it fixed itself for about 2 weeks, and now it sucks again. We need a review on our set up, somethings got to improve.

    @DonnaBrannan12 @Sneak_666 @virginmedia Sadly not the case. They give you a contract that says we are giving you a service that should be X amount (double the price) but we are really nicely going to discount it by 50% for x amount of months after that it goes to that supposed normal amount

    I said it before but this time I mean it. I'm gonna be leaving #virginmedia. Been with them for 10 years and they've never once valued me as a customer nor have they sent anyone to fix my Internet, but they're happy to charge me £80 for service they don't give @virginmedia bye

    @Sneak_666 @virginmedia I might speak to these customer relations people. £84 a month is a pure rip off for repeats on nearly every channel. I’m out of contract and if I can’t find a reasonable deal I’m off. Broadband is crap at the best of times too.

    @virginmedia You could offer it to me free and I would say no, it is crap, and when I phone to cancel I'm looking forward to the grovelling and we have a new deal, your equipment is outdated by 20 years fibre to the cabinet the coaxial to the house very 90s, upgrade to fttp or you are doomed.
