    @virginmedia have been a customer for over 12 years. Try to access online account, none of the login data works. So try Name, account no, area code. I don’t exist yet you are happy to take £48+ a month from me, & tell me my bill is about to be increased. #customerservice #Awful

    @virginmedia bunch of absolute scammers. Paying £80 a month for nothing. Constantly using 4g on our phones as the internet is getting less than 1mb of internet, our home security is constantly off because of this. Phone gets put down when we call for help. Absolute joke.

    Virgin Media engineer so say repairs neighbours phone line, but connects me to their house phone and clears off ,useless. Now up to 4hr wait time for Virgin help team to get call back ,for something that was ok before. PS my phones not working . #Virginmedia @virginmedia

    @virginmedia @jcassidy2 @virginmedia yes it was fixed in time for the main event, which didn't come on untill after 10.30.But the coverage started at 6 pm. Having the problem for four hours is not short lasting.

    @virginmedia Hi yes tried and ran all the tests many times can’t get anywhere over the phone, my signal drops of whilst working, other rooms barely any signal and slow speeds, it’s been a year since I’ve been trying to sort this! Not happy

    @virginmedia It wasn't short lasting, it impacted every fight on the undercard. Whilst it may not have impacted standard definition that didn't help me as I had paid for HD. Shocking that you think it is acceptable having charged £26.
