    @virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

    .@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

    @virginmedia my WiFi is not working despite paying someone to install it and about 7 hours of troubleshooting so far. One of your agents was helping me and was supposed to call me back 25 minutes ago but hasn’t yet and booster issue still not fixed

    @virginmedia I've been through this all several times with your incompetent customer service team. As soon as the contracts up we will be scrapping virgin and never touching another virgin product again
