    .@SkyHelpTeam was due to have Sky broadband fitted on Feb 1st ... it is now March 25th & I just get fobbed off with you blaming @WeAreOpenreach If only @virginmedia coverd my postcode I wouldn’t have this problem ..

    @virginmedia please sort out your fiber broadband! I have only been with you since the end of Dec & have had nothing but problems, I work from home but sometimes have to go to the local @CostaCoffee to use theirs to save me & be able to do my job just because yours is so unstable

    Getting really annoyed with bad internet service with @virginmedia we pay for the top package yet still not able to connect today! Upgrade of hub is in need of i think as I’ve heard lots of bad reviews on the one we have

    wow amazing isnt it. So go to renew our contract & @virginmedia want to charge us £20 a month more AND they reduce our service ! Total contempt for loyal customers right there. Oh if I was new they would do me a deal. #Con

    @Piercey1979 @virginmedia I think it's a @SkySports thing but I'm paying virgin so I'll be putting in for a refund if it's not sorted out. The picture quality is so poor

    @virginmedia very disappointed that as an existing customer the Gig1 and 500Mb services are both priced at £62/month and a massive cost jump from what I have at 350Mb. was looking to upgrade and enjoy the new Hub4.0 but just same price as a new customer....customer for 20 years
