@virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

Had a real problem with Virgin media. Was paying this month's bill when Virgin had a problem as with its auto payment service and the payment couldn't be processed. I then tried again via their website and the payment went through......

I'm having real trouble cancelling my Virgin media account. Cant6v chat them, can't email them now on hold for 10 minutes. Just want to end the contract give 30 days notice. New promotion only for new customers. Wtf?

@virginmedia I’m not happy and about to cancel when sorted a new service. 2 days of internet on and off and a Tv service I’ve had a broken box for 4 weeks due to your lousy engineer turning it off when trying to fix 2nd box and never contacting me to sort it after I reported it to CS on Tel.

@virginmedia after a week waiting for a technician, they come and change my modem router and leave without making sure it works. 8 hours later still no Internet, 1 hour on hold to customer support and no resolution. A day wasted as I can't work, will you pay my bills?

Is Virgin Media the absolute worst supplier of broadband in the UK? I have just been told by them that my broadband supply has been subject to a ‘fault’ for nine months, since 7 May 2000. This is their ‘explanation’ for terrible service.
