@virginmedia - just joined online, was given a number to call to defer the start date, called & was transferred to your sales department. The person I spoke to (male) was so rude & condecending I'm now considering taking my business elsewhere. Shocking customer service.

@virginmedia @HardyShorses Lets face the truth, once ur locked into a contract, virgin media dont give a flying fudge about u! Now thats fact! They are so focused on getting new customers (god help em), that longer term customers are left to whistle dixie! Virgin media have awful customer service!

@virginmedia @HardyShorses These are trying to charge me for a Months Services after they cut me off 2nd April want over £270 now I have put it in the hands of the police with them since 1999 they are corrupt & No Customer Service now, they will get what I owe as & when I can afford on U.C. using foodbank
