    @virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

    @virginmedia Customer relations seem to have a handle on it thankfully. I will say though that both employees were great but battling a system that was inflexible in resolving an issue unrelated to an area issue.

    @virginmedia The hub 3 is used in modem mode. I use my own equipment for wifi and it is rock solid. As I have already said, the problem is not a wifi issue. A wifi optimisation is a waste of time.

    @virginmedia Just checked. No known issues. Am waiting for a technician to call me back. I am currently piggybacking of my neighbours cable as I am waiting for a cable direct to mine to be put in.

    @virginmedia There might be an expired discount but I am still being charged for the services it is listed on my package on my bills. The TV is being used so this isn't as big of an issue although still reinstated without permission. I have never used a landline though and being charged

    @virginmedia Hi. The text BOT is just as bad! I started waiting at 9:40. It told me the wait time was up to 45 minutes. It keeps coming back to me to say the same thing. This is terrible service.
