Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

The Internet dropping out or down to next to nothing every 10 minutes since midday wouldn’t be an issue if I didn’t have a deadline. @virginmedia remind me why I am paying for the top package.

Called virgin media last week. Part 1 Me - I'd like to cancel please. VM - you can't, it can only be a minimum of 60 before your contract ends. Called back today (less than 60 days) Me - I'd like to cancel please VM - I can see another agent has already cancelled.

@virginmedia how can you hike prices for existing customers, offer deals for new customers but are unable to answer your own customer service lines? Better deals with BT, why should we pay your extortionate price for terrible service?

Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

@virginmedia Wireless devices. Been going on all morning (this happens regularly but usually better after a reset - not today). Tried following the advice to check for problems in the local area, even that doesn’t work. Literally nothing more i can do.

Older you get, the more you realise everything is a scam. Cancelled my contract with @virginmedia but they still took the full DD for the month. Will refund me pro-rata, but 35 days after disconnection date & by cheque! If I was 35 days late paying, they would cut my service off!

Now to spend yet another 3 hours of my life on the phone to @virginmedia for the problem to be firstly unresolved , secondly to be told they would call me back …. Never happened . I have to say the WORST customer service I have ever encountered… and for the prices they charge !

@virginmedia Hi, only an issue with TV in my area at the moment re: SD on demand. I've tried soft reboot and pinhole reset to no avail. I have a mesh router that I've hardwired to the Virgin router that I've hardwired my laptop to. I get faster speeds (1/2)
