    . @virginmedia our internet has been terrible for the last three days, cost a fortune in mobile data because of this, service status says no problem, your own service test fails when we run it! Why are there so many problems in BH7 area over last few months?

    . @virginmedia internet down again! Service status says up but I’ve checked with friends who live nearby and down for them too! BH7 area. We did have good internet for 2 days. What is going on? We were half way through a rented film!

    @virginmedia Spoke to live chat who couldnt help so given a 'direct' number to get straight through to technical, which was a lie! Finally spoke to someone who stated there was no order for a new hub even though I have text messages from the agent on the 31/03 saying it will arrive 6th apr!

    @virginmedia The worst customer service I have ever experienced in many years. Make promises that are not kept, waste your time, are totally unreliable. Choose any other option other than Virgin who seem only interested in increasing prices with zero interest in fixing problems.

    @bbcdanw Are you still interested in @virginmedia ? I got two letters from them today. One says that since I haven't responded to their offer yet they have closed down the case. The other, that arrived in the same batch, seems to be the offer. A shockingly underhand tactic.
