    @virginmedia - 3 times I got cut off on the phone trying to tell you I need to cancel, now been moving to 3 different ‘live chat’ people and still not sorted. Even if you do cover my new house in the future I will not come back.

    @virginmedia can someone please help regarding package changes that aren't what we agreed? 2 hour chat on Thurs agreed new price with customer svce. Confirmation received shows more expensive price. Easy way to fix? Don't want to try cust svc again, I don't have 2 hours!

    @virginmedia Promised management call back which never happened, half hour waits then advised to do online complaint.... 😑Then to be told online complaint system doesn't work. Such poor customer service throughout

    @virginmedia I am having problems with the virgin media business router that gets up to 350mbps. Keeps dropping out. Not a speed problem it’s the stability of it.

    @virginmedia It looks like the virgin services are not synced. The phone app says there are problems, you click on service and it says there are no issues, you call the service line and it tells you No issues, (it hangs up on you - bad CE) then you speak to someone and there is an issue...

    @JohnnyDude1983 @virginmedia According to virgin, any more than 8 devices (including lightbulbs) and they won’t look in to issues and they would expect it to drop all devices randomly

    @virginmedia The problem is guys it’s gets through they always say it’s the wrong team transfer me to where ever the call centre is and then it doesn’t connect hence another hour wasted. For something that should be super easy if you just integrated this into the online

    @virginmedia how do I speak to someone? I use chatbot & give up after waiting for an agent for over 1hr,I send message & you will call back in 10 working days or I call and you say you are too busy & kill the call. HELP

    @virginmedia - twice I have been cut off when calling you this morning. Third time referred to complete a form on your website. Form doesn’t exist and wants me to hold for 45 mins for Live Chat! Not a great service!

    @virginmedia Thanks for the link. And no, it’s not an area issue, it’s a technical problem with the box. From your link, I see that tv isn’t covered by the compensation scheme however; I’ll have been without it for at least 2 weeks before the rescheduled appointment.

    @virginmedia The real scare is with VM. No Internet and not much TV either for 2 weeks, tech support failing, engineer does not turn up closes job, tech support can't book another engineer as the system won't let it, hours on phone calls, the chief executive of VM wake up and sort it out.
