GAPING HOLE SAYS NO!

estevén (@superpaddiepads) reported@LessGrumpy @virginmedia Whenever I’ve had issues with Virgin it’s never been a UK call centre I’ve spoken to. Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.

snakes on a plane (@walliks) reported@dollDCFC @virginmedia @siemaiqbal Pish that's what 15 years of garbage internet pay for 1giga internet 🛜 and get about 300gig speeds through a lan cable on ps5 had a guy out last year with obviously a charge fee as usual what become useless as the guy couldn't even open the box outside
-
Minute Market (@Minutemarketio) reportedVirgin Media Gets Fined 🫰 Virgin Media was hit with a £28 million, or roughly $37 million, fine by UK regulator Ofcom for repeatedly making it harder for customers to cancel contracts between 2022 and 2024. That is not just a consumer-rights story. It is a warning for telecom and subscription businesses that “retention tricks” can become regulatory liabilities. In a market obsessed with recurring revenue, cancellation friction is now a legal risk.
-
Dan Worley (@worleyyy) reported@Ofcom @virginmedia I am glad to see you get your come uppence. Im still trying to leave you after a full year of terrible low speeds. Trying to force me into paying a leaving fee of £400 even though you do not provide a proper service. @Ofcom what do I do??? I'm fed up of poor service.

harley ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ (@whisperwoIf) reported@housecatkai @virginmedia i have mixed opinions on them, like they've provided the fastest internet speeds i've had out of other ISPs we've been with (sky, BT and talktalk) but our services always go down at least once a month and it's infuritating 😭😭
