@virginmedia I was contacting you about the terrible service. I didn't have internet for a week and had to use up all of my data hotspotting as I work from home. Your disconnection team member "Helen" was rude and argumentative and kept shouting over the top of me. Go and listen to the call.

@virginmedia The call was this morning btw. If only she was the only rude and unhelpful member of your customer service team, but no... Apart from maybe 2 of the 10 people I have spoken to this week, everyone else had the same attitude. Very unprofessional. Go read my 4 complaints.

@virginmedia how do I speak to someone? I use chatbot & give up after waiting for an agent for over 1hr,I send message & you will call back in 10 working days or I call and you say you are too busy & kill the call. HELP

@virginmedia If I'm a customer of yours and need customer service, you put me through to a call centre in India that provides wrong information. If I call and say I'd like to sign up as a new customer, I get UK/Ireland call centres... This is wrong. Do better.

@virginmedia The problem is guys it’s gets through they always say it’s the wrong team transfer me to where ever the call centre is and then it doesn’t connect hence another hour wasted. For something that should be super easy if you just integrated this into the online

@virginmedia Also, MOST of your customer service representatives are rude and don't know what they're talking about. Did you know one of them told me to dial 150 for CS, even though I clarified that I'm NOT a Virgin Mobile customer? "Yes, yes this still works for you sir." Nope.

@virginmedia - twice I have been cut off when calling you this morning. Third time referred to complete a form on your website. Form doesn’t exist and wants me to hold for 45 mins for Live Chat! Not a great service!

@carlheaton @Plusnet @TalkTalk I had the opposite problem years ago - had a TalkTalk Business ADSL line to use as a backup and wanted to add a Plusnet FTTC line when leaving Virgin Media. Despite explicitly paying Plusnet to install a new line, they instead tried to take over the existing TalkTalk line!

@virginmedia They have. I've had someone cancel their day and lose money to ensure someone was in after being repeatedly told they'd add £25 on my bill if I wasn't there but that doesn't add up for the money lost today in accomodating this appointment. No internet for a week.

@virginmedia I have been trying to send back your router having left your service in Feb, but have yet to receive the return box. I have contacted support 3-4 times, and each time have been assured it'll come. I am now being charged for the router. Is there any way you can help?

@virginmedia There are no issues in my area. Router has been restarted. No issues with any cables. There is nothing my end that is causing an issue. I also have much slower speeds that I stated over 5G WiFi when I am sat right next to the router.
