@virginmedia I’ve detailed that I have been lied to and expressed strong dissatisfaction with your customer service and your reply is to check if there are any issues in my area? Like I said, I’ll await a manager to call (if that actually happens) and add this to the complaint. Really poor.

@virginmedia Waiting on IT again after they said it would be 3 days but turns out that it’s actually up to 7 working days to turn around a ticket. I’m constantly being told incorrect info and I’m really not impressed. Reliable internet but customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

@virginmedia The customer service advisor told me they had to call me back to arrange my move of address of my virgin package. No idea why we couldn't do it there and then over the phone they didn't explain that?

@virginmedia No it was not as the phone operator told me I could not make a complaint over the phone. After telling me that basically there was no issue and I should feel privileged that your sending me a cheque to the right address and 100 days is just a mild inconvenience
