@virginmedia I have emailed this morning and like many other times I have not received a reply. My recent dates of contact are 11/3, 25/3, 30/3, 31/3, 1/4 and 12/4. My email today outlines my intention to escalate my complaint and instigate legal action for the damage to my garden.

@virginmedia No internet for 2 days. Informed it was a signal issue and would be fixed 3 days ago. On the phone for hours and call ended on your side. Awful customer service and internet.

I ordered @virginmedia 10 days ago. I’ve had 4 points of contact since. And not once was I told that my address wasn’t able to get broadband. They even had engineers out to check, but never bothered to let me know, until today, installation day.

@virginmedia Nope, apparently there’s nothing any of the eight of your colleagues can do. I’ve been advised I should phone the engineer who did the original installation directly to see if he can help. Sounds ridiculous, right...?!

@virginmedia On 3 occasions I wasn’t made aware of the issues with my street, and was lead to believe there was no problems, never mind received promotional leaflets to my address. Now I have no internet with two babies. But thanks for the pathetic apology @virginmedia

@virginmedia I haven't managed to speak to the team this time. However, in the past they've sent out engineers to fix the issue. I've been given new hubs (although I'm only on 3 now), and they've tried many other solutions. I've had multiple engineers through the years.
