@virginmedia Truly disgusted. Waited 8 hours with my elderly mother today for an engineer to fix her phone line having been ASSURED they would call between 12-4pm. Gave up at 8pm. Impossible company to try contacting! 🤬

@virginmedia No problems in the area from what I can see guys. Have done all the trouble shooting etc and have ensured all bills have been paid. Can you please advise? Crucial to have working from home obviously.

@SkyIreland unbelievably poor service. New SkyQ upgrade - spent over €2k per year for last 10 years of loyalty, box faulty & best service you can give is engineer out in 6 days. I’ll be off to @virginmedia unless this changes. #CustomerService

Looks like I’ve to miss yet another college lecture because my wifi is not working. One of my neighbours rang virgin, they said it won’t be back until around 8pm, I need it at 6🙃this is happening far too often @virginmedia, paying 7 grand for a masters I can’t go to class for!

So we’ve moved house. Told virgin can’t supply our new house. 3 phone calls and 5 hours later, following transfer, hang up, call back cut off we still have been unable to cancel and charged another month. Do not go with virgin media!!!!

@virginmedia I have had an engineer attend my house and he has told me that the line from the exchange to my house is poor and needs upgrading so I can then start to receive the broadband speed of 1GB. I have tried calling to follow up on this with no call back.
