@virginmedia We tried all troubleshooting and if you're actually reading my tweet you might find details shared , @VirginMediaIE have been facing issues in Dublin since long time now which is truly unfortunate for a customer because we are paying for it.

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Well I upgraded and doubled my broadband speed, supposedly; but it seems worse than ever. Can’t get through by phone. Emails are all ‘no reply’. So @virginmedia has my money, but I don’t have my improved service. 🤯

@brian_y33 @virginmedia Thanks. @virginmedia is sooo slow, I can’t even access my banking app. Not fair. I’ve played the game, jumped through their loops, paid for an upgrade. And absolutely no improvement and no service. Still on hold to @virginmedia by phone incidentally. Over an hour now!

@virginmedia The person this evening in retentions sounded like she was half asleep and could not speak proper English and neither could she/he understand what we were saying and this is your retentions team. Stop outsourcing to cheap labour as it really has an impact on customer service.
