    @virginmedia really not a happy camper. My package is getting too expensive & when I called to ask for it to be reviewed & reduced, the call centre agent INCREASED the price, while reducing the package. I've been a customer for 10 years for all my media services

    @jamiec1995 @virginmedia Won’t show the 5G network on the wireless at all, reboots back the the 2G one its saving the settings then when you click WiFi it’s not there and reverts back to only showing the previous WiFi’s

    I see @virginmedia have it sorted. You can only cancel or suspend your sports subscription if you call them. Reduced call centres meaning massive waits on the phone. But if you don’t pay they cut your internet and tv off at the time of most need. Let us do it online!!!!

    Customer service 101. If you offer a customer a deal and they accept, don’t call them the following day to say the deal’s off and it’s actually £15 a month more. Which is what @virginmedia just did to me. 😡
